Josee Garant Dance Inc. was founded in 2009 by Josée Garant and David Dacquisto. As Artistic Director, Ms. Garant provides the overall artistic vision and is responsible for the company’s dynamic, elegant and truly creative style.

Josee Garant Dance Inc. was founded to educate, promote, and increase the public’s awareness, knowledge and appreciation of contemporary dance and arts. It is dedicated to advancing contemporary dance and arts through teaching, collaboration, research, presentation, and dissemination locally, nationally and internationally.

The Company creates a high standard contemporary artistic and educational performing art experience that engages, entertains and challenges the community.

Josee Garant Dance Inc. coordinates and participates in collaborations that foster the artist’s growth and ongoing development. It provides opportunities that facilitate connection and exchange between dance makers, performers, audience and communities.

Josee Garant Dance Inc. is a tax exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, speci!cally to further all aspects of dance, including but not limited to education, choreography, performance, presentation and related activities.
